Art of Seduction

After creating an intentional container for us to drop fully into with support and safety, we will play with several different vehicles of exploration and expression to journey more deeply into our ability to tantilize and mesmerize ourselves. We will practice breathwork, mirror work, sensual embodiment, burlesque and slowing down and taking our time. This workshop is designed for women who are ready to deepen their relationship with the fierce and raw power that lives in surrender and prioritization of receiving. When we receive our own gaze, receive the adoration from our fingertips and circling hips, and allow ourselves to be washed over by the plethora of sensations we can tap into -- we unlock the magic within to begin to weave the reality of our dreams and feel the peace of the remembrance of our wholeness and sacredness. 

All attendees are encouraged to adorn themselves for class. Wear things that make you feel like a goddess. Express yourself with accessories or makeup or scents that make you feel divine. Heels can be worn, but are absolutely optional. Your bliss is priority. Your comfort is key. 

Try to be well nourished and hydrated before class.
