DRIPP Teacher Training

July 16-18, 2021

30 Hour Yoga Alliance CE Course + Certification

The DRIPP Teacher Training will cover three main topics spread over three, 8-hour days.

24 contact hours + 6 self study/test-out hours

Self Study:

4 hours:

• Read “The Four Agreements” & answer the questions/journal prompts

2 hours:

• Two, 1-hour test out classes for Jen (or another Level 2 Dripptress Mentor) to attend and sign off on within 30 days of training completion

Topics to Cover:

1. History, Philosophy, Methodology
2. Divine Masculine/Feminine Energies, Healing Trauma & Wounds, & How to Navigate these delicate spaces/topics
   1. Acknowledging the responsibility of being a leader in this space
      1. How to leave your ego at the door
   2. Self worth and your own dedication to your DRIPP
3. The Business of DRIPP
   1. How to turn your passions into income
   2. How to host DRIPP events, parties, retreats
   3. How to collaborate/business to business marketing & partnerships
   4. The Virtual World of Fitness
   5. DRIPPIN (DRIPP Instructor Network)
      1. How you will be supported by DRIPP Corporate and the DRIPP Community
   6. How to Name a Class/Pick a Theme/Set a Vibe
   7. What can I charge
      1. Classes, Private Sessions, Events, etc

Proposed Schedule:

*Arrive at Studio or Online by 8:30am MST

We will be wrapped up by 5:30pm MST

Friday July 16

8:45-10am: DRIPPractice

10:15-12: History & Philosophy

12-12:45: Lunch break (pack a lunch and hang out or take a break!)

12:45-2: Introducing Divine Masc/Femme lens & discussion about Stress, Trauma, Consent, Boudaries, and Inclusion

2:15-5:30pm: Methodology // Foundational Sequence A

Saturday July 17

8:45-10am: DRIPPractice

10:15-12: Methodology

12-12:45: Lunch break (pack a lunch and hang out or take a break!)

12:45-2: Driptuals, Teaching Authentically, Consent & Inclusivity

2:15-5:30pm: Methodology // Foundational Sequence B

Sunday July 18

8:45-9:15am: Mini DRIPPractice

9:30-12: Business of DRIPP

12-12:45: Lunch break (pack a lunch and hang out or take a break!)

12:45-2: Business of DRIPP

2:15-5:30pm: Space to cover any questions or student desires
