Upon meeting we will drop into safe space, take time to contemplate and journal about our desires, dreams, and wishes and direct ourselves into a space of more rest & reflection.

What is serving us, and what is not? Next, Jen will drop us deeper into surrender through a DRIPPractice. Jen descibes DRIP as: a practice rooted in breath-work, self massage/touch, sensual movement/yoga/dance, and space to explore divine feminine expression. The practice gives you space to explore and try on ways to express our pleasure power and to learn to deeply nourish ourselves through movement, stillness, self-care practices, healing & love.

After our movement practice we will connect with one another and share (if desired). We will then complete the evening with a dreamy sound bath meditation led by Darlene. She describes south bath as: a beautiful nurturing way to clear your energy field and recalibrate your mind , body and soul. Enjoy this relaxing experience to drop into your senses and allow the sound vibrations to take you on a dreamy ride into peace and stillness.

The evening is sure to leave you renewed, supported, excited, and floating on clouds along the way.
