*Bring layers especially if it's cold outside, but also try to let as much skin show to enjoy your touch

Each gathering will differ slightly (check out each event date or message any of the facilitators) but always focus on sisterhood connections, healing, somatic embodiment, sensual education & exploration, and a sound bath meditation. Alex describes Yoni Yoga as: an exercise that lovingly connects you to the potent sexual energy contained within your pelvic floor, vagina, and womb. This practice assists you in electrifying your libido, alleviating menstrual cramps, increasing lubrication, and experiencing deeper, longer, and stronger orgasms.

Jen describes DRIPP as: a practice rooted in breath-work, self massage/touch, sensual movement/yoga/dance, and divine feminine embodiment. The practice gives you space to explore and try on ways to express our pleasure power and to learn to deeply nourish ourselves through movement, stillness, self-care practices, healing & love.

Darlene describes soundbath as: a beautiful nurturing way to clear your energy field and recalibrate your mind , body and soul. Enjoy this relaxing experience to drop into your senses and allow the sound vibrations to take you on a dreamy ride into peace and stillness.

The evening is sure to leave you renewed, supported, excited, and floating on clouds along the way.
