SAD girls cohort

We wil meet livestream on Sundays July 16, 23, & 30 from 1-3pm PST. The week before our first session I will be in touch with some journal prompts to prepare us to drop into potent space together. Once your ticket is purchased you will receive an email with next steps and links to resources. There are tickets at different price points to create an accessible sliding scale for our sisters. Please pay what you can, as I believe it'll all work out as it's meant to.

•Establishing language, communication, and co-regulation methods to enhance safety & trust and increase intimacy

•Interdepency vs. Codependency vs. hyper Independence through the lens of scarcity vs. abundance mindset

•Trauma healing with the masculine & how to navigate/integrate

July 30

•How to authentically present yourself on apps or “the wild” to attract aligned partnership

•Selfie lesson for excellent self-portraits and video

•Female arousal and anatomy - if we don’t understand our pleasure, how can we invite someone into it?
