This work is spicy and effective (like a forest fire) in helping to re-inform and rewire beliefs, self-talk, and cycles as well as activating deep quantum codes to weave magic and less suffering into daily life.
POLARITY PLAY
Polarity, to me, centers on attraction. Like a magnet, opposite forces create a magnetism. I have been experimenting with a few modalities that I believe fall into this category. The chakra system is an energetic system we can work with, awaken, and tend to. Within this system we see Yang/Yin or Masculine/Feminine woven together to enhance and support overall life force energy and aliveness. We also have the general light/dark work that I refer to as "shadow play".
Collaborating with these systems enhances our capacity to increase daily eroticism/"life turn-on", deepen our connections and relationships, and overall source more energy, abundance, satisfaction, intimacy, and wealth.

SENSUAL EMBODIMENT
A massive part of my pathway to full-blown authentic living and reclamation of my sensuality as my own, came through Burlesque and Heels dance classes. On the dance floor is where I reclaimed the sanctity of my sex and felt the bliss of tantalizing myself for no one else but me.
The felt sense of being human is our birth right -- and this artform has been lost. The more we spend time slowing down, noticing our thoughts, our physical sensations, breathing with intention, and connecting to nature, the more we unlock the well of joy, pleasure, peace, freedom, and health.
