Pain Portal Session

Service Description

2 hour virtual or in-person session to utilize pain as a pathway to more peace, healing, and wholeness. Session will include: - Discussion and prompts around pain and the body’s innate wisdom to always be your ally. - Intuitive channeling for a movement / myofascial / somatic experience to follow along in session (dress to move) - A follow up holistic “therapy” plan of prescribed mental, physical, and energetic practices.
