Service Description

This class is designed to teach you skills, movements, and exercises that you can continue doing at home to support better mobility, strength, joint stability, balance, core strength, with an emphasis on foot, ankle, knee, hip, shoulder, and wrist strength and stability. This series is fantastic for yogis, dancers, athletes, weight lifters, and more. All movements are scalable to challenge beginners to advanced movers. Jen ( @strongandsultry ) brings her 20+ years of dancing, coaching, and teaching experience to deliver the most potent & impactful training techniques across many genres & schools of thought in the fitness/movement worlds so that you can enjoy what you do with more ease, trust, and longevity. Each week builds off the skills of the previous. It is ideal to not miss any sessions in the series. Recordings will be made available after each session. This class requires you to have 2 cork blocks, a 5' PVC Bar or Dowel.
