This class is designed to teach you skills, movements, and exercises that you can continue doing at home to support better mobility, strength, joint stability, balance, core strength, with an emphasis on foot, ankle, knee, hip, shoulder, and wrist strength and stability. This class is a pre-requisite before learning to lift in the gym with Jen as of Fall 2022. This series is fantastic for yogis, dancers, athletes, weight lifters, and more. All movements are scalable to challenge beginners to advanced movers. Jen ( @strongandsultry ) brings her 20+ years of dancing, coaching, and teaching experience to deliver the most potent & impactful training techniques across many genres & schools of thought in the fitness/movement worlds so that you can enjoy what you do with more ease, trust, and longevity.
