We begin the first week of January and run for 12 weeks. 
Train 1x/week: $44/week or $480 in full

Train 2x/week: $79/week or $900 in full

*add open gym for $11 more a week

6 WEEK STRENGTH & MOBILITY SERIES

This series is designed to teach you skills, movements, and exercises that you can continue doing at home to support better mobility, strength, joint stability, balance, core strength, and so much more with emphasis specifically for those who train in heels. This series is also fantastic for yogis, weight lifters, and more. All movements are scalable to challenge beginners to advanced movers. 

Every Saturday for 6 weeks from 12:45-2pm at The HERC

(2505 S. State Street, SLC).
$50 deposit to cover equipment
(2 cork manduka blocks and a Rogue training PVC bar) 

$75 for the series (or pay $15 per session)
