FUNCTIONAL FITNESS & GRACEFUL AGING
For 22 years I have helped an array of humans learn the art of movement medicine, stepping away from stories about exercise and fitness being a punishment or reward, and instead finding the joy and healing and liberation that comes when we learn to appreciate and love ourselves. I center my teachings on the experience of movement, how it FEELS, and setting goals for increased strength, mobility, stability, and coordination, and decreased pain, injury, and fear.
If you are new to working with me, I suggest you start with my At Home Movement Medicine Bundle, which includes the following pre-recorded courses:

Posture Power (beginner-intermediate)
Strength & Mobility (intermediate)
Or we can work one-on-one (or a small group) to create an entirely customized program for your unique desires, goals, and needs. I also love to help you design/outfit/establish your at-home play and ritual spaces to support you/your households' needs and desires. We will design the outer structures and programs to help support your inner rhythms and care.
